During the project, our team of exceptional employees will work diligently to deliver beyond the standard expectations within the industry. The team may consist of the following roles:

Project Manager: The Project Manager is responsible for the services business relationship and oversight of the implementation execution. He or she will meet with the client regularly during the implementation to review schedule, status and provide an escalation point for project-related issues.

Technical Project Manager: The Technical Project Manager is responsible for day-to-day performance by the VSG development team during the project. The TPM manages the technical estimation process, technical delivery, directs task and deliverable completion by the team, coordinates activities with the project manager, and communicates status.

Technical Architect: The Technical Architect directs the technical design of the ATG application to ensure that it is scalable, is well integrated, and complies with the business and technical requirements. During development, the Technical Architect works closely with the Sr. Developer to validate compliance with the technical design and resolve issues as they may arise. The Technical Architect acts as a liaison between client IT team and other technical constituents in the project such as third-party systems and developers.

Sr. Developer: The Sr. Developer Lead works to both deliver ATG solutions and mentor VSG resources. During the Design Phase, the Sr. Developer ensures the quality of all technical specifications, code requirements, and other key technical decisions along with the Technical Architect.

Developers: The VSG Developer works to deliver and customize ATG applications. The Developers work with the Technical Project Manager and Technical Architect in the implementation areas of creative, functional and technical design.

Deployment Specialist: The VSG Deployment Specialist handles installation and configuration of all ATG environments during the design phase of the project. This includes development, integration, testing, staging and production environments (as needed). The Deployment Specialist provides input on ATG best practices during the design and implementation phases for decisions that affect the deployment of the site. During the testing phase the Deployment Specialist assists with performance and load testing activities to help examine, assess, and fine-tune ATG configuration to optimize site performance. Finally, the Deployment Specialist transfers the application from the staging environment to the production environment during the deployment phase.

Support Staff: The VSG Support team works on Tier 1 efforts with the client based on operational, project and educational tasks. These resources become the starting point for all support activities for the client and they work closely with the Project Manager to insure client satisfaction.
